GENERAL INFORMATION

General care instruction

For best results, store in refrigerator for up to 7 days, consume at room temperature. Customers may freeze our macarons for up to 2 months. If stored in refrigerator, please allow 30 minutes at room temperature or 1 hour if coming from freezer before enjoying.


Can I freeze my macarons?

Yes. La Marguerite’s & Co. macarons can be frozen for up to two months when kept in its original packaging or in an airtight container so your macarons stay fresh.


Is La Marguerite & Co. Kosher certified?

Yes. La Marguerite’s & Co. products are all Kosher Pareve, Yoshon and Pas Yisroel. Under the supervision of:

Do La Marguerite’s & Co. macarons contain dairy?

No. All our products including our macarons are completely dairy-free.


Are La Marguerite’s & Co. macarons gluten free?

Yes. All our macarons are gluten free!


Do La Marguerite’s & Co. macarons contain nuts?

Yes. All of La Marguerite’s & Co. macarons are made with almond flour and some of our macarons contain nuts.

 

ORDERING MACARONS

NATIONWIDE SHIPPING

Orders are only shipped Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday to avoid weekend overlays. We do not ship nationwide on Thursdays, Fridays, or holidays.

Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST will begin processing the next shipping day.

Custom print orders require 2-7 business days processing time, in addition to the shipping time.

On average our shipping typically takes 1-7 business days from the day the package is sent (does not include processing times) but can take longer during instances of high volume with the carrier.

Once your package has been sent, you will receive an email with the tracking link. It may take up to 24 hours for your tracking number to appear in the tracking system. Please be patient!

La Marguerite & Co. is not responsible for delays in delivery times due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

How are the macarons orders shipped?

La Marguerite & Co. take extra care when packaging your order to ensure the quality and freshness of our product. Your box of macarons will be carefully wrapped in a thermal insulated bubble padded mailer, packed inside a larger corrugated box, and sent via our preferred shipping carrier.


How long does it take to receive my order?

Orders are usually processed and shipped within 24 hours. The current average delivery time is 2 to 7 business days. It can take up to 7 business days depending on carrier delays.


Can I send a personalized message with my order?

Yes. Please use the ‘message’ section in the shopping cart, before you checkout. We’ll gladly send it with your order.

Why a Mac & Co. club subscription box?

We all deserve a monthly treat. The Mac & Co. club subscription box is a way to pay less, and get a delicious assortment of macarons delivered straight to your door every month. Pick your box of 12, 24 or 36 macarons and enjoy seasonal macarons flavors monthly.

How does it work?

It’s really simple, just pick your box of 12, 24 or 36 macarons, then each month we will send you a La Marguerite & Co. variety pack.

 

What will be in my box?

Each month our pastry chefs choose 3 new seasonal flavors. Our macarons come in many fragrances and beautiful shimmering colors, from classic chocolate decadent to salted caramel, from pistachio to the wildly fanciful passion fruit.

Can I send a Mac & Co. club subscription box as a gift?

Absolutely! La Marguerite & Co. macarons are such a wonderful gift, we’re sure whomever you gift this to, will be delighted. When you check out, you will fill out your billing information, then at the bottom of that section, simply choose “ship to a different address” and you can enter your gift recipient’s address.

 

When will I get my box?

We know you want your macarons as soon as possible, so we try to ship your first Macaron order on the next available shipping day so that you don’t have to wait long to start indulging. Subsequent orders are then shipped on the first shipping date closest to the original order date.

Mac & Co. club subscription payments

Month-to-month Mac & Co. club subscriptions are charged every month. Nationwide Shipping charges are included in the price.

 

Mac & Co. club subscription cancellations

Month-to-month Mac & Co. club subscriptions can be cancelled up until one week before the scheduled monthly shipping date (The subscription can be cancelled after the 3rd month delivery). The cancellation can be done on your dashboard or you can contact La Marguerite & Co. team.


Returns and Refund


Some of the macarons were damaged?

We take all the precautions into our packaging to ensure safe transit. But macarons are very delicate treats. Small cracks may occur. This does not affect the taste and quality of the macarons. If you notice most of macarons lose their shapes, please contact us within 2 days of receiving it and we will make every effort to resolve the situation.


Returns

Due to the perishable nature of our products, La Marguerite & Co. does not accept returns. All online orders are final and non-refundable.


Cancellations and modifications

Orders may be cancelled up to 1 business day before shipping. If an order has begun processing it is not eligible to be cancelled or postponed. For order cancellation or modification requests, please contact our Customer Service Team or call us at (1 866-908-3000). We will do our best to accommodate your needs.
